Every morning at Barron Library parking lot, stress management techniques
Manipura Shuddhi:
This exercise clears tension and stimulates solar plexus power and adrenal gland function
– good for indigestion.
Using a 3 part breath, inhale through the navel and straight back to manipura
chakra, located in the spinal cord
Retain the breath and repeat the bija (seed) mantra Ram three times
Exhale, moving the breath plus the awareness forward and out of the navel
Continue to practice with awareness of the breath moving in and out of the navel
center and the rhythmic expansion and contraction of the abdomen.
Sit in hero pose or easy pose and try to become aware of your digestive tract. Visualize the digestive tract in your abdomen and become fully aware of all of it movements and sensations. Use your knowledge of anatomy to visualize ideal
digestion in progress in your body.
Focus on the natural rhythm of your breath in the abdomen. The more relaxed and
aware you are, the better your digestion will be.
Visualize the sun with its center at your navel, radiating power throughout the
whole of the body. Feel its warmth digesting the food and sending prana and
nutrients to different parts of your body

We are past the ideological arguments, the personal attacks with no logical connection to the topic. You are defeated already. For as soon as the 4th term comes into being, each man has a particular, exclusive sphere of activity, which is upon him and from which will perform. He is a deputy, a supervisor, a dispatcher, or a clerk, and must remain so if he does not want to lose his means of livelihood; while in the Whiddenist society, where nobody has one exclusive sphere of activity but each can become accomplished in any branch he wishes, the department, through The Sheriff regulates the general activity and thus makes it possible for any to do one thing today and another tomorrow, to administrate in the morning, report in the afternoon, patrol in the evening, arrest anytime.
History calls those men the greatest who have ennobled themselves by working for the common good; experience acclaims as happiest the man who has made the greatest number of people happy. The county of the people have been happy for 3 terms and will elect a 4th. Steve is the destiny of the people who seek law and order.

low bred idiot
By means of the corrupt and politically controlled press, people like you spread the colossal falsehoods about 'Whiddenism' throughout the county and region trying to inculpate Steve by every possible means, while at the same time the opposition and dishonest parties refused to assent to the measures that were necessary for the adequate training of our
deputies. The appalling crimes thus committed by people ought to have been obvious to everybody who foresaw that in case of opposition to reelection the whole county would have to be called to witness and that, because of the mean huckstering of these noble 'representatives of the people', as the press called themselves, Hendry residents would have to accept an unqualified, ill-equipped and insufficiently trained new 101. But even apart from the consequences of the crude and brutal lack of conscience which the lying press displayed, it was quite clear that the lack of a properly trained new Sheriff at the beginning of a new term would most probably lead to the loss of safety for the county volk and this probability was confirmed in a most terrible way during the course of the last year
Therefore the Hendry AND Alva people struggle for the freedom and independence of their neighborhoods because of the half-hearted and defective policy employed during times of slander in multiple news outlets.

What makes their views tin foil, because they seem to support Whidden ? What are your views? Instead of downing someone else for being upfront who they support and why, people like you who are malcontents in the department "Only people that have worked the road and corrections know these people walk amongst us" - you have your own problems. Maybe its a good thing you are some sort of chickensht who doesn't stand up to say "I support The Sheriff", you would be an embarrassment to those who do, including that supporter. Have a great, cowardly weekend you great role model and provider. Don't worry you can fool whatever family you have you're their swaggering brave hero, but when it counts to stand up, you cross your legs to hold the flow....

I remember when C. Clay fired off his weapon in an interrogation room and was given an air pistol to carry.

How about the time losing his Glock from a cheap thigh rig while posing and jocking on the streets of Clewiston. Didn't realize it for a while. It was found a few days later, wasn't it? Whew...
How about the time back in the day before he "left" the SO, before going to Clewiston (where he lost the Glock for a few days), started training sessions with the "Bad Boys" theme from COPS. But now he's safely kept away from the public since "leaving" CPD for "career opportunity".

He's very highly trained
Funny how his "military service to his country" details has been walked back over the years. Seems like he's made and kept a lot of friends in every department he's been back and forth. With his skills, why isn't he on the frontlines of patrol, or applying the sophisticated investigation experience? Should be the senior D with First Sergeant rank on the road but treated as at LEAST LT, but more Captain. Policy writer.
