Wonder what happened to PBA ? Years ago they were a powerhouse. Now they seem to be one step above a joke everywhere you go. Many of the central Florida and west coast units are jumping ship. Sad to watch.

So true but it’s not just central and est coast FLORIDA any longer. FDLE is about to vote PBA out. Palm beach, Howard and MIAMI DADE counties are all losing units to either IUPA or FOP.
The PBA once was but is no longer.

Good news folks! The wait for your union election will soon be over. Your union election petition has now moved to the Elections Department at the Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC). This is the final step before your Union Election is set. The Elections Department at PERC will set the dates, times, location and the manner in which your election will be conducted either on site or by mail. Once your election has been set we will notify you ASAP!
