Seems like we are hearing about these denials on a weekly basis. A key west member for over two decades has been denied legal by PBA leaving her to fend for herself. And, of course pay for it out of her own pocket.
These repeated incidents should serve as a constant reminder that god forbid you get in a jam, the PBA is likely NOT going to represent you. It’s even worse if the PBA lawyers think it’s a tough case. They only want easy simple cases.
