Tremendo cover up by the SAO. Katherine Rundle is corrupt. FBI should arrest her too.
Just know this, your friends in IA will cober for you. The SAO will cover for you. Your buddies at City Hall will cover for you. But there's no hiding from the Feds...... sooner or later they will place you a visit.

This case looks very weak on the FEds, arresting somebody base on a mere allegation. Think about it, that’s all they have, if the FEDs did it to him they can do it to all of us. Whatever happened to factual evidence?!?!

You mean direct or real evidence because factual evidence is more like circumstantial evidence , facts are open to interpretation and not always prove a guilty person for example it is a fact that he enters the station with the suspect but it doesn't prove that any improper behavior was done versus if you have direct evidence like DNA ,pictures , witness ,etc, etc is more conclusive in most cases .

I hate to tell you the bad news but the majority of the arrest that we do that lead to a conviction or a plead are based on circumstantial evidence and the truthful statement of the witnesses and arresting officers. Now Ask yourself this question. Have you ever lied on a A form even if was a little lied? Or did you ever do an arrest without actually doing a complete investigation?
As Science, technology, and surveillance cameras have improved the cases become more factual with evidence and harder to disprove in a court room.
Remember the Only thing a jury or judge must just believe is that there was clear and convincing evidence of what the person did. It’s up to you or your lawyer to create Reasonable doubt which as you know is the highest standard of proof in court to get a conviction.
If the jury doesn’t like you or your lawyer your are done!
The feds will present a good civil right case and at the end of the day is up to the jury. 4 witnesses saying pretty much the same thing I would hate to be in that mans shoe.

The cover up is worse then the source in my opinion and it appears there is a system here to cover up and not investigate. Trying to turn the tables on the victims and accuse them is the same as rapping them again
The fbi shouldn’t just go after him but those the knowingly covered it up
