InstaGill stated this will curve the violence in the city streets. Our very own InstaGill will be bridging the gap between police and the community by soliciting future local rappers to film their very own music video free of charge. In the attached video local kids are celebrating after InstaGill stopped by their home and gave them the great news that he will be filming their video first.
