This is a great example why people don’t take law enforcement officers seriously. You have the chief law enforcement officer for the county acting like a total ass clown. You are correct but IA cannot investigate this without a complaint. Even if the complaint is anonymous and mailed in IA should open a case.

Eliminating anglo male officers jobs one at a time..look around in South Florida Departments, very hard to get hired if your an Anglo male..go look at City Of Miami PD..6% Anglo officer population!
