All this is simmering while a appointed Buffon runs the Sheriff Department.

Media is mostly controlled by political pressure.

Time for 60 Minutes to get involved.

Sean Hannity should do a preemptive piece on how he was hoodwinked by his good buddy Carmine.

"If"? This has all been documeted. It is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of fact. Charges are going to come because now the people who should have done their job with this guy are going to take center stage and be held libel after the fact because they have been given the documentation and put on notice.

I would say the stuff he has done is not illegal,
NOT ethical, but not illegal ,ONE must go to the Tampa FBI office NOT the local Ft. Myers Office if you have proven evidence of crimes ,the local office is too close to you know who, and it will most likely not be looked into ,,let Tampa know why the local office was not contacted

So, it shows a relationship prior to her contacting Carmine. They were friends on Facebook for over a year. The report was actually taken prior to her ever coming to headquarters by Sgt. Dugan in ECU. She ask what Carmine does at LCSO, then game on. Looks like an extortion case, never pregnant, demands of money from Carmine, etc... I personally know Police Chiefs, deputies, officers that met their spouse at work or during the course of their job. This is all political! Shoap endorses Leavens by letter, Spence is paying people to report negative reports on Carmine, local Fox 4 News is least viewed in SW Florida. This is nothing and will be nothing! Facts, Deanna Williams has a warrant for her arrest, refuses to provide medical records that she was pregnant and had affairs with a local doctor and extorted money from him claiming pregnancy. Blah blah blah

Perhaps a review of some of the facts will help you.

July 14, 2018 Williams stated that Marceno has interacted with her FB storyline by indicating “like’ certain photos or stories

July 15, 2018 10:44 PM Marceno sends text to Williams, “Hi, If I may ask, What type of work do you do?”

July 18, 2018 7:43 PM Williams replies, “Hi there. I’ve worked in sales for many years, currently off pursuing another project. How about you? What type of work do you do?

July 18, 2018 10:27 PM Marceno replies, “Hi Deanna, Sounds nice! What type of project? I am a part time realtor and have a team I work with. My full time career is law enforcement. The Lee County Sheriffs Office.

Marceno meets with her and it begins. He made first contact with her with the use of his official departmental phone. He engages with a physical relationship while an active inquiry or investigation is being conducted. The atmosphere is created that resolution is equal to how well they get along. Have Marceno list other victims of crimes that he personally contacted (usually left to other supervisors) and engaged the same way. These events take place from his official capacity. Other IAs will verify that this conduct is (or was not) tolerated in the past.

You can not diminish the facts by attacking the victim reporting a crime even when that victim has weakness. That is not nor has it ever been a good defense.

Anyone trying to defend the indefensible will only degrade their own reputation. Others have been held accountable for these actions, why would there be an exception for Carmine?
