This information was uncovered by law enforcement about the Golden State Killer (Rapist). Law enforcement employees should familiarize themselves with some of the behaviors exhibited by him and remember them. It is important to remember some of these characteristics as he was a cop and hiding among the very people who were investigating and searching for him.

Background information on him:
1.) He was EMPLOYED AS A COP, (not a true cop, but employed as one)

2.) He was BORN AND RAISED IN UPSTATE NEW YORK

3.) He had 3 CHILDREN.


Characteristics:
4.) He was KNOWN at home for being an ANGRY and VIOLENT “man”.

5.) MADE VERBAL THREATS/ASSAULTS AGAINST OTHERS.

6.) His primary motive was to INSTILL FEAR, RUIN LIVES, and to ASSERT HIS POWER. CLEARLY HE LACKED SELF CONFIDENCE and without his WEAPON or BADGE his feelings of INADEQUACIES OVERTOOK HIM. HE clearly LOATHED HIMSELF as a USELESS HUMAN BEING.

7.) This MENTALLY WEAK, INCOMPETENT, PSYCHOPATH had a “MICRO-PENIS” which was so small, authorities contacted local doctors to see if they could identify him by it. It is believed he was most likely was bullied his entire life and could only assert power while threatening his victims wielding a weapon or his badge.

8.) He’s the type of person we all know who only chose the profession of law enforcement in order to ASSERT POWER and DOMINANCE. He uses/used his BADGE and role as a cop as failed hopes/attempts to gain RESPECT.

9.) He felt inferior to his WIFE (and probably everyone else around him). His wife was/is obviously SMARTER, MORE SUCCESSFUL and RESPECTED MORE than he is/ever would be.

10.) GSK raped 51 women, sometimes while their husbands and children watched. He murdered 12 people that authorities know about but it is possible he murdered many other victims.

11.) Raping his victims was not enough. He had to MAKE EVERYONE AROUND HIM SUFFER, as he forced rape victim’s husbands to watch.

12.) A PSYCHOLOGICAL SADIST who GETS/GOT OFF ON INSTILLING FEAR into the HEARTS and MINDS OF HUMAN BEINGS.

13.) GSK was such a SADIST that many victims reported getting phone calls years after from the GSK, reminding them of their ordeals. GSK got off on continuing his reign of terror by continuing to torment his victims years after their attacks.

14.) While it is true he wore a badge and was a “cop”, he never truly understood or grasped the meaning of the badge. He never possessed a love or loyalty to the profession or his fellow brethren. If it interfered with his own sadistic agenda, he showed no remorse for his brethren’s well-being. He showed no remorse or concern if his fellow brethren were injured or killed in the line of duty. This was proven as he shot and killed a fellow officer when he was confronted during one of his criminal acts.

15.) He was caught STEALING, (a hammer and a can of dog repellent).

16.) His AGENCY was NEGLIGENT for FAILING to FURTHER INVESTIGATE his THEFTS, HIS MOTIVES, HIS PSYCHOLOGICAL STATE OF MIND, HIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR and or HIS EXPLOSIVE TEMPER.

17.) He had an UNCONTROLLABLE EXPLOSIVE TEMPER which was evident, as when he was fired he threatened to KILL the chief of police.

18.) HE WAS ABLE TO HIDE HIS CRIMES AND WAS NEVER A SUSPECT IN HIS MURDERS OR RAPES.

19.) He was suspected of being a STALKER & PEEPING TOM. He was the primary suspect who was seen STANDING OUTSIDE the bedroom window of the chief of police’s young daughter.
