Then kLausner sends letter recommending the scam to compensate Rookies that weren’t even here for back pay on the financial urgency lawsuit.

Lugo removed the financial urgency lawsuit language before it was settled only to replace it with cryptic weird a$$ legal language when called out.

It was cryptic because it weakened our position because the deals were already made. Contract was connected to the lawsuit end of story.
