The City of Miami wronged our police officers of over $100 million dollars in pay and benefits. It's time for the City to make good on their past commitments that they unlawfully broke on our Miami Police Officers. It is our intention to work with the city in resolving this once and for all. The Florida Supreme Court has spoken. Hopefully, the City Manager and Mayor realize that the games are over. I want to thank attorneys Bob Klausner and Ron Cohen for representing us. It pays to be a member of the FOP!

Adds on contract new legal language incentive pay for management overseeing the Bomb unit 10% and 5% SWAT. Guess who was the new manager seeing those two units who benefited from this new legal language? Capt Ortiz
The Finical Urgency lawsuit was supposed to negotiated before this contract.
Then kLausner sends letter recommending the scam to compensate Rookies that weren’t even here for back pay on the financial urgency lawsuit.

Why can’t we just leave Nestor alone he is retired now and has moved on, for God’s sack our own department even arrested him. Sometimes things just don’t make sense around here let’s just continue living in the past because we have no life.
