The ups employee was alive the whole time of the chase until prt approached instead of a felony stop and hanging back. Stop thinking with your little gun for a second. Got way too close no agency or academy teaches approach and closeness to a hostage vehicle.

I don’t think a felony stop was possible unless the subjects would have complied and they certainly did not.

What a stupid immature comment. You are a retard who obviously doesn’t understand why a felony stop is for.

Well who’s gonna comply when you rush up to the vehicle and park behind it, you basically forced them to not comply. obviously they left the ups driver alive as a bargaining chip they didn’t kill him the entire time even under fire. If they would’ve stayed back from the beginning they could’ve had a felony stop formation . One cop rushed up and so did everyone else. Imagine kids or a kid was inside ask yourself if they still would’ve been this aggressive and close.

    Horrible tactics.

If this was a bank with hostages would patrol rush in nope!

And as usual, the police are blamed for two shitbags that committed an armed carjacking and kidnapping. As Louie Armstrong once sang, "What A Wonderful World."

No the police are being blamed for exercising bad judgment and recklessly endangering the public which resulted in two civilian deaths.

The guy was blocked in, not a felony stop and couldn't be. You don't even know if the subject cranked off rounds. Your just Monday night quarterbacking it with out all the facts.
