This is a direct result of a director who does not listen to people who are senior to him. He only surrounds himself around his buddies who laugh at all of his stupid jokes. He knows it all always!!!

You nailed it!! Especially the call of duty part because that’s what most of these young arrogant punks in PRT grew up playing. They think real life is one of their video games and yesterday it slapped them in the face.

Better word would be "nepotism" hiring mommy and daddy's kids,even though a lot should have been DQ'd through the process. Start hiring from out of South Florida boundaries and/or State!

Please tell me the subjects were firing from the vehicle, at some point! It looks like a cluster from afar, but what do you expect when you have five hundred cops taking action. We have seen this movie before!

Back in the early 2000s we had a mail truck hijacked and the postal employee taken hostage by an armed subject. Officers used proper pursuit tactics to guide the mail truck into where SRT was set up then started surrounded the vehicle from a distance. The subject was talked down and situation ended without a single shot being fired. Shame on this current brass for letting our department become what it has.

Director is an embarrassment to this department. Maybe now the public will see right through his facade. The agency has 0 confidence in him as a Chief. This man needs to be dismissed from his position.

That was under a competent director. Not a director who only promotes his best Cuban friends, looks at promoting minorities as an unwanted but necessary task, and is about to promote his longtime girlfriend. News channels please investigate.
