I'm kinda new here, less than 6 years, and wanted to know: what have been the biggest PROVEN scandals at MPD? Under who's administration? So far Homicide has several under Lt. Lopez and Melancon:: Det 33ing witness, racism against 2 sgts, Max Valdes kicked out. Were there problems under Eunice Cooper? John Buhrmaster? Castellanos? Major McQueen? If I am white or Hispanic, can I still join the MCPBA?

I know CSU was disbanded because of sexual harrassment of Stephanie Ulmer. I know we had an officer who had appeared in a porn. We had an academy recruit that had done a nude spread and still passed background.

The biggest scandal to date has to be the Miami river cops and most of the "C" on at that time. Officers were falling like bowling pins. Followed closely by the SNU & taskforce officers beating a guy to death. Well there is one other but many feel it wasn't a scandal. It's our favorite police impersonator Ronald the lube. Our imported American hero, has done it all, been everywhere and is the worlds go to guy. Ask him he'll tell you how great he is.

Lube, we know your going to read this and reply, so in closing. We have a complaint about your food serve truck. CLEAN the d@mn thing, he!! this isn't your mans Navy. Change the menu up a little, not everyone is into rice & beans, fried bananas. Was that you we all saw at the Miami High sporting event, selling flowers and hot dogs?? I know you've been on the ramps to I-95 selling flowers. Now, if you get stopped and asked, to show some I.D. don't play the cop card. Worst mistake you can do. Oh to clear up a thing or two. Chicago doesn't want you as their top cop. No-no-no, it's they want you as the departments top or bottom guy (get it) to fill the gap, with the large gay community they have.
