Every time a PO went to see PBA the Chief would let the officer know that he was aware of everything the officer said. The pipeline in that situation is Greenwell. Might be here at MDPD too.

The majority of the complaints made at PCB are cop on cop. The statements being recorded over there are laughable to say the least. Some we turn away others we have to listen to and actually make a complaint of it. It’s crazy really.
