There's far more men in this sh*thole agency than women. When was the last time a female deputy was arrested for punching a man cuffed to a hospital bed? Or for all of the other various crimes some deputies have committed or at least been accused of?

Uh ohhh....I was trying to come up with positive things to say about them but they're all pretty much useless, aside from a couple of them. And the funny thing is the few I worked with that were totally competent never rose to any other rank. Then, I think of all the ones that were totally useless, that are of rank, some that aren't and are just plain crazy and BSO is full of them. You have to wonder what type of woman is drawn to police work? Some were abused, some are lesbians, some sleep with anything that moves. Aside from that, just being a woman at BSO already gives you a huge advantage in the promotional process...just look at our totally useless and incompetent colonel.

Let's see. Israel put her in charge of Community Services. She was a no show every day. He knew, so she was a complete failure, he stuck her in the civil division
Didnt do squat also a no show. Failed at that..so he then puts her in charge of Parkland. Well you all know how that went. But Israel most definitely knew!! Just like he new about Bob *****ns.

Shes not a nice person. She was there with no insignia and when questioned who she was, she got all uppity and angry because we should know who she is! Shes a POS, another incompetent azzhole who thinks she deserved her rank....phuck her!

Let me reveal a well guarded secret in the BSO. District Commanders are politicians. Their job is to schmooze the elected politicians and the powerful residents of the municipal district? Why? Because the municipality pays the bills for the district. So the DC will impose restrictions on deputies which the deputies might not like. Don't like working in a particular district? Well, there are 15 other districts to transfer to. If you want to work for a non-political law enforcement agency, you are out of luck. Every single LEA in the US is run by politicians, because they all answer to elected politicians of one type or another.

Now, I have to take issue at blaming Jordan, in any way for the MSDHS shooting. Crus had already shot all of the casualties and fled the campus before Jordan, or any other member of the district or agency command staff, had arrived. IN fact, he had probably already left before, Jordan was even notified of the incident. The BSO was playing catch-up from the get-go and working on little or no accurate information. What all the BSO detractors simply REFUSE to even acknowledge is that the agency directly responsible for the security at MSDHS, the BCSB, failed to secure the campus against intrusion by an armed individual. AND, today, the same security assets are in place in Broward schools that existed at MSDHS on the day of the shooting. And, non one seems to care. They are too busy feathering their own political nests.

It's not a well guarded secret that district commanders have to wield political favor. The issue is when these District Commanders are promoted solely because of their race, sexual preference or gender. And, even with that I dont have a problem if they are humble, but 99% of the time they are not....They're arrogant and walk around like they earned the rank and belittle anyone of lower rank.
As far as everything you say, the school board somehow got away from the blame, which they were responsible. Aside from that, Jordan is completely incompetent...you can defend her all you want but shes a pos.

Even worse than Jan Jordan is Amy Russo/Alexander. Has she ever done ANYTHING? My god she has 15 effing arrests to her record yet she is an effing major. WTF has no one *****ed and complained about her. If she was a good person maybe, but she’s an a-hole on top of being incompetent.
