Anyone moving to a new agency

Anyone have legitimate interest in moving to a new agency? Cape got a huge pay raise, outer vests and beards. County got a small pay raise, outer vests, but is almost 100% full on personnell. Shit even sanibel got a raise bigger than fmpd. What is keeping people here?
