    Car 153 Where are you?

A leader should help his people succeed and set an example. All RM has done is set his people up to fail so that he could lord over them and look down on them. I’ve never seen authority or rank go to someone’s head to that much of an extreme. He took small man syndrome to a whole new level. I can’t believe he didn’t get fired for battery on a subordinate. At least he won’t be anyone’s boss for a while. He’ll still try to be bossy but just ignore him. Hopefully he’ll go to a shift.

Right now still at courthouse. Why would they put him there to work with the person he battered? He mistreated a lot of people and acted like mini king of the courthouse bowing down to the other losers because he had no backbone and no daddy dale to protect him anymore. Let’s face face it we have no good candidates. We’re screwed. Get out if you can. Chip is planning on keeping Haines he gas said this nite than once. Even as a lieutenant does anyone still want that liar working with us? Why has he not been fired for his inconsistent testimony? Others have been. Morgan probably doesn’t know that’s a policy violation. Why hasn’t 153 been fired for committing criminal violations? That’s a policy violation too young man Morgan. But don’t concern yourself with things like the truth or what’s right or wrong let’s worry about a coin. Dilly dilly!

No way he can work the street. He has less job knowledge than the sheriff in that arena. He couldn’t do the paperwork or be trusted to back anyone up. Not saying that he has a lack of courage but he won’t make decisions because he’s too afraid of being wrong.

Well they’ve sent everyone else there. Let’s see what favors they pull for him.

So RM gets to keep his job and stay at the courthouse where he committed battery?! Unbelievable

"Battery" in legal terms is painted with a broad brush. Was this a knock- down drag-out, or a tap on the shoulder? With the comments in several missives printed here I would think it was the latter, with a possible vendetta by several commentors.

Civilians have gone to jail for much less than that if that were the case. Also deputy's have lost their jobs for much less. On top of it it's a Captain on a subordinate. So vendetta has nothing to do with it.

Well if it's the upstairs circus legal terms doesn't really matter whether a crime actually occurred or not. Legal terms really have nothing to do with an IA since they are based on a so called preponderance of evidence.

It's funny the one's who get on here and try and defend the actions of the dirty admin And try to interpret laws everyone knows not one of them in admin has ever been worth a dime on the road and brown nosed or backstabbed to get where they are. If they had to work the road their brown noses would run down into their pants. They live in their own little glass houses and think they are smarter than the peons. When you pick and choose what and when and who to apply certain standards on over and over you get caught up in your lies. If a deputy even motioned to raise a hand to one of them you would be gone so fast your head would spin. Must be nice to pick and choose when and when not to apply criminal violations depending on the person who violates them. The only ones defending the admin is the admin because everyone else thinks you all are worthless and crooked and corrupt and vengeful. Know body will tell you all because we need our jobs to support our family if not for that I'm sure you all would get an earful.

He snatched a subordinate up by his shirt collar in a crowded courtroom. It was enough to cause his shirt to become untucked. Definitely not just a tap on the shoulder. It was egregious enough to draw attention. It was also in front of the deputies son. You can down play it all you want. It was wrong to do.
