To lend a shred of credibility to this investigation; to give the alleging victim a sense her complaint will be objectively investigated, the State Attorney's Office (SAO) should take the investigative part of this case away from the Hialeah Police Department and have the Miami Dade Police Department, Special Victims Unit, assume the investigation.* From what the Miami Herald has thus published far, the Hialeah Police Department is totally compromised.*
