ANOTHER Late Breaking Miami Herald JM Story Today

Posted by the Miami Herald around noon today. It seems that a bunch of sexual misconduct complaint files against Menocal have mysteriously disappeared. Imagine that! Just vanished! And some people say its all just a conspiracy theory.

This is now the 5th story / editorial piece the Herald has done on Menocal in the last week. That's a whole lot of print space and manpower dedicated to this. Again, this is a high powered Pulitzer Prize winning team of reporters on this. And when you read the various stories notice that they are just as focused on Velasquez as they are on Menocal. It's obvious that they are on to the corrupt S0B. And it they are on to him you can bet the FBI is too!

When you look at Velasquez's role in all this it's clear that it's time for Hernandez to at least temporarily suspend him.

The same thing that happened at sweetwater police is going to happen here in reference to an FBI investigation that will result in arrests and the department being labeled a criminal enterprise

"Statements from the three other victims? Gone. Surveillance footage showing Menocal brought eight other women and girls into a Hialeah police station and then took them into a camera-less room without filing reports? Gone. Menocal’s own interview with police investigators in which he denied the alleged victims’ claims? Gone.

“We have provided you with all the records we have,” a records custodian for the state attorney said in an Oct. 31 email."

How convenient. I guess that missing video of JM and the victim leaving the room while he is carrying his utility belt would not have looked right to a jury.
