With the amount of micromanaging in IOB, there is no way COC did not know what was happening. There are about 50 briefs that are done before a search warrant is allowed. Someone should pull that brief and see what was sent up COC. Alvarez should not be the only person taking the fall for this.

Alvarez is a liar and a disgrace but so are others in COC and SA who knew and went along with it. COC heads should roll here and at the SA but Alvarez is a convenient scapegoat for the coverup to protect certain people. Bob is king of the coverups and all that talk about holding people personally responsible for their actions is selective BS.
