2020 is the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment. - women's right to vote. If I'm not correct, black men earned that right before any woman could vote. So gender discrimination is evident in our history and constitution. Luckily we were able to ratify that, but in practice is a different story.
Men have taken a unique priviledge in the work place since. Women want this same opportunity to equality.
It's quite simple.
But there are some women who do not pursue this right and thus leaves confusion for some men to understand.
We get that.
Education and communication is not without effort.
Women are due to lead, but like men not all are qualified and this needs to be fairly decided upon, vetted, and opportunities presented fairly.
A woman president and chief are coming....
Let's get excited about that.
