Traffic Homicide Detective Alfred Hernandez grossly misrepresented sworn statements from the victim on his accident report to avoid a scandal and a possible criminal prosecution against several members of the traffic enforcement unit. The alleged officer that was filmed going over 100 mph chasing these motorcycles suddenly and unexpected retired without being interviewed by IA or Detective Hernandez saving his 1% and his retirement pension. Who said the guy was a rookie? The majority of the officers working the overtime traffic enforcement detail were senior officers. Just ask Pastor or better yet Ortiz.. Yes Javi we know that you were one of the vehicles chasing the motorcycle.

Well I guess this comment is from Lugo or Ortiz. Who are we going to believe? The victim or the corrupt cops that should be behind bars for abusing their power. The victim said they were targeted, blocked, and box-in by several police vehicles.
Question is why are cops that are under federal investigation not administratively reassign?
