Homicide OT is at an all time low and the only reason the closure rate is so high is because every year there are less and less murders. Also, the closure rate Colina boasts includes murder suicides, cases where the offender is known or held by patrol, and justifiable cases. In cases where homicide has very few leads, the closure rate is below 50%. Colina needs to stop using promotions as favors and needs to put the right people where they belong.

So Carr injures himself while off duty golfing, gets to keep working limited duty instead of being terminated or being reclassified into a non-sworn city job, and now he has even been allowed to retire and enter the DROP program.

He should be thanking every Chief and City Manager who has allowed him to get rich off of the backs of the Miami tax payers.

God forbid there was a "white officers union" there needs to be a ban to all the segregated "unions & associations". Its branding and naming of race and colors to these organizations that maintain such segregation. Regardless if other genders, races are allowed to join these organizations.
