Why won’t PBA defend opa Locka Officer who did nothing wrong

Once again cops are being made out to be villains for doing their job. Statements are tossed about against the officer but WHEN will someone who likes cops speak out. No more whimsy stances. Enough is enough!
Opa Locka cops are PBA so why the deaf muteness? Why? How afraid you you possibly be??
    See something, say something!!!!!

This is just one of many times the PBA refuses to help members.

    Not happy with PBA

    Happy with the PBA?
The time has come to consider dropping the pba and switching to PLEA/IUPA. By clicking the link below you'll find an interest card. These cards will be used to petition the Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) requesting them to hold an election that will allow us to vote for a new Union. At no time will the pba or Miami Dade have the ability to see who has signed a card. The cards are NOT for membership. The cards purpose is to say you are interested in PERC conducting an election so you can make a choice in Union representation. Please click the link below to print and complete your interest card today. You can mail your card to PLEA at 7743 NW 48th Street, Suite 150, Doral, Florida 33166. Feel free to print out several for fellow officers to complete and sign as well. Just make sure you and your fellow officers are off duty while signing cards. The best time for folks to sign would be before roll call. Stay Safe and thank you in advance for your support!

It seems that other departments are having the same problem in getting PBA to step up to the plate.
If we have to, we will shame them into stepping up and saying something.

    PBA under fire

PBA has been slammed by nearly every Dept they represent including the county. Whether an officer is hurt in duty or is falsely accused of crap they don’t come out and defend.
They have said publicly that is not their job to protect cops in trouble. Wtf is that. Even if falsely accused??!
Members have been asking to see the books and the PBA will not let anyone see them.

Thy wouldn’t even help officers who were hospitalized for on duty injuries. It happened so many times that there is a current move to switch to PLEA/IUPA

The question is why officers would give to the media the name of the officer who is under cover!

There is no loyately to the badge. Police Officers are the most back stabbing people that work in Law Enforcement.

Instead of uniting, you all kill each other to get up top. All of you are hypocrites.
