    Overtime abuse.

    Watch out fmpd, public works got it first, fmpd is next! Make sure all those overtime hours were actually worked and beneficial.

    That Lieutenant rate has to be pretty good for the new LT Freeman since he has to pay a big mortgage payment every month at horizons!
