The Lt. job here is the most stressful and the most important as I see it. They can be a good one or be a total d-head. This position alone has a lot to do with morale of the patrol and working with the upper chain on the department. It matters lot on the over all morale of the department in who is in this position and the morale of the department.

The Sgt is just dangerous. He is to scared to deal with subordinates who should be taken down a few notches and his strange decision making will hurt decent officers.

As for Cpls, there's actually 2 that need to be dealt with. The "know it all " who really knows nothing but the quickest way to run down the hall to get direction on everything he does.

The other Cpl should have been put out of his misery years ago and demoted back to Officer. They are just allow him to fail and that's wrong.
