Married couple murdered in their on yard. Both, law abiding citizens. The suspect, as usual, long record, arrested multiple times for carrying a weapon, out on bond for carrying a firearm. This was not your typical in the hood shooting over drugs. The newspaper article on the people interviewed for this story, had one thing in common, everyone had a relative murdered, from this out of control black on black violence. What was missing from this article, not one black elected politician, the Mayor or any other elected official, was interviewed. People.......why is this acceptable and treated like a typical day in the hood? Good people in these war zones are being victimized, and the lack of outrage is shameful regardless of skin color!!!

Liberal policy is to blame. The thug should have been in jail thus there would be no murder. SAO gives very light punishment to felons who are charged with firearms possession. Hug a thug has been going on too long. Any felon should receive 30 years for possession of a firearm-no pleas, withholds of adjudication or probation. This will not stop every felon (sociopaths) but will stop the majority who now know their punishment will be a total joke. Ask Jane if she is ok with my proposal. My guess is No it's "too harsh". But she is in favor of restricting gun rights of the law abiding. Liberals are mentally ill.

We had a double murder on Halloween? Sorry, can’t keep track. Think there was two or three animals shot in Robles last night too while another was killing himself on a stolen dirt bike for their entertainment. Great city the liberals have created.

You would think that a liberal SAO would prosecute to the max gun violations? Why is that not happening? Could it be that the vast majority of these prosecutions would be of blacks? Who is committing the majority of violent crime in this City? The only people truly suffering, are the good people that live in these war zones. Think most everybody thinks its no big loss when one thug kills another thug. The problem with this attitude, not all of these out of control black on black crimes are thugs killing thugs.

This SAO must go...Elect a strong conservative next time. Let's fill the prisons with people who will not follow the law. 3 strikes and you should be out of society for 25 years. PERIOD.

The liberal agenda has its priorities. Guns are evil and need to be banned, but a black with a gun gets light treatment because he is black. The black community should be given special treatment, but if a black victimizes one of the alphabet community (LGBTQGFRLNCZ whatever) then the black goes down because the alphabet victim is higher on their list. If the alphabet boy victimizes a socialist then alphabet goes down because the socialist is higher on the list. If any on the list harm a conservative then its a free pass because orange man bad.

You have to have skin in the game to care. These Halloween Murders are old news now. All politicians, black and white, have escaped, without being questioned. No pressure from anywhere to address this out of control black on black crime, so the beat goes on.
