    Exactly happens when you run the program using a Cantonese dictator type style approach. Person was never a field trainer nor a field supervisor himself. He does not know what it is to ride a bicycle while teaching a child to ride one at the same time. He has appointed many field training supervisors who were never field training officers themselves. He is violating many department rules by implementing this so called reapplication to be a trainer. He is opening a can of stinky worms. K9 and swat officers will now undergo same reapplication process in order to remain in these units. FOP will definitely have no choice but to place a halt on this bias movement. We have rights and our rights will be protected. He must have jelly bean fiiled nut sacks and no testes to kick out those who no longer meet criteria as instructors, supervisors or lieutenants. Grow some and deactivate those who no longer meet your standards, and leave those who have never bothered, and in return have given 100% to the program. We shall not be selfish and always have the best interest of others.

    It is unfair. These officers must be protected. Not acting against this method, will cause all units the need to implement this same reapplication process in order to retain those individuals who have served in these groups for quite some time. We the FOP shall halt this movement immediately.

    We the people must act immediately against this locker room thought idea to revamp a unit. We shall act and prevent such biased movement before it affects other specialized units within our department. If such idea is implemented, others like swat k9 pst and etc will jump on the bandwagon and try to do as same.

    The famous Chinque who is a loyalist to Ortiz and Lugo is causing the madness on purpose. He should know better. He got kicked out of health services and now is implementing this move. Shame on you mr flying colada bear. You out of all people should not be endorsing this move.You have to understand that everyone who works in fat boys office is loyal to Whortiz. They all owe him there ass and them some.

    Gentlemen we need to understand this directive is not his puppy. This is coming from above him. This is why this will eventually cause headaches for everyone directly and indirectly involved. You simply as a chief or head of a department can’t just implement one rule for just one particular group.
