Department is mandating all FTOs to reapply and submit their once already submitted essays and applications once again in order to retain their especialized extra pay positions. They are being threatened to loose their positions and incentives if they do not apply again for the job and expertise they have been performing for years. These employees have done right by their department for years and have poured their hearts and souls in creating rightful and professional new employees. It is unethical and against all fair labor practice to unlawfully discriminate these few, while other members in other groups or police units are not being forced to do the same. We will look into this matter and see that all specialized groups go through the same reapplication process immediately, if FTOs are subjected to this unfair and discriminatory practice. Trainers do not feel forced and do not allow for your rights to be violated while other employees are untouched because of their ranks or affiliation to certain individuals.

The past dictators negotiated a contract that was only great for Ortiz and thanks to it he is ahead of the game and in front of us in salary wise like 30% easy on all those incintive bull crap certifications he holds. I remember that when the past dictators were in office we were holding meetings at the old lodge and we couldn’t even fill a small room holding 30 chairs and that was because this *******s did not wanted the members to attend in order to keep us all in the shadows. Yet a few new Rocks try to defend them when they did not know the true, it is sad how quickly we forget and how quickly we talk not knowing the truth, they Faked us in the contract and use their position to better themselves all around and they keep with their personal attacks setting us backwards because they don’t give a fack about the membership.
