So the criticism is focused on a person (Mike Waite) that has taken a position on heavenly values and moral standards. He is at a Baptist Church where he attends and whose attendees are encouraged to maintain certain standards of conduct that are in direct relationship with whom they worship. Some of these standards are written within the LCSO Operational Manual and requires employees to maintain an adherence to. The standards of conduct are designed to earn and maintain public trust. Marceno has brought this event on by his very actions and behaviors and these actions and behaviors have broken that trust. You can attack those that are pointing this out this conduct and you therefore becoming complicit within the very actions that Marceno has taken. Anyone that attempts to point out the behavior of Marceno are now subject to ridicule and mockery by those that are willing to ignore and even coverup the child like behavior. Perhaps, what we need is more standup people willing to call out this behavior as being wrong. Perhaps it is time for those within the law enforcement community to speak and act on truth. Perhaps we need more Mike Waite(s). This conduct of Marceno is wrong.

The text messages between the victim and Marceno clearly outline the issues that Marceno is dealing with. No one placed him there, he arrived on his own. The female is only one of many other issues that needs be addressed. Your name calling gives credibility to the fact that you are fearful of the outcome.
