Simple explanation. It is a statistical certainty that the several dozen different law enforcement agencies in Miami-Dade County have different policies and practices and levels of enforcement.
However, all experienced nearly identical decreases in crime rate.
Ergo, the actions of the various police departments cannot be responsible for the majority of the decrease in crime rate, unless we assume they are all underreporting crime to the same extent.
Was that qualitative analysis good enough for you, or do you need a quantitative analysis using T/Z-test? If so what confidence interval would you like us to set it at?

Hey, we consistently scratch their balls looking for another made up crime while ignoring the obvious in our face crimes, the public is begging us to properly investigate.
That is consistent effort in covering up misconduct. Why would you expose that? What are you a cop hater? Do we need to Baker Act you?

No need. Court ordered one is signed. Just wait for next council meeting 🤪

Well all of your claims/predictions so far have been wrong.
Assuming this one is not a figment of your imagination, you're saying that the PD is waiting for a council meeting to Baker Act someone, so they can do it with the most publicity possible?
Should that happen, your department will lose what little respect it maintains.

You might want to read all the way through the first paragraph before you do something stupid.
