Hi dumb dumb. When you buy a company you buy it’s wealth, capital and debt. In this case the bank that loaned the money to Adam Crap Guns bought the company. Guess who now owns the debt for the garbage guns? But for some reason old Bob White is still pushing these pieces of crap everywhere he goes. Must not be in the bad shape you think they are.

Wrong again.... "On Tuesday, April 30th, 2019, Adams Arms LLC’s ASSETS were publicly auctioned", not their liabilities. That means tangible property of value. The people bought the equipment, the patents, the name, but nothing else. If you went to an auction and bought a piece of equipment. does that mean YOU now owe the company debt? lol

The sale was agreed to by the creditors that held the assets as collateral for the loans, which they had every right to do legally. The "debt" was not part of the collateral. The assets went up for public auction and the creditors were the legal high bidder. The company then ceased to exist and closed.

ALL this happened WAY before Bob filed his bullshit lawsuit which means he had zero standing to make a claim against the assets or stop the sale or partake in its proceeds. The NEW Adams Arms company has stated they are willing to honor warranty issues, but they are NOT obligated to do so. Bob will have the choice to send over what rifles he claims are "defective" to have them fixed, and AA doesn't even have to do that if they don't want to. Bob simply filed the BS suit to try and save his big fat face.

The only reason Bob is suing Adams Arms is to cover up the gigantic blunder or corruption for someone in his administration. Those responsible should be fired and Bob should come clean to the taxpayers, not provide some BS story.

I use the word corruption all the time, and it applies to Bob and the PCSO. The Adams Arms mess is a typical example. His new plane is another. His double dipping deputies are yet another example. But I didn't post the post you are complaining about, nor am I the person you apparently are claiming posted it. He is not the only one that thinks things really stink around here.
