It’s sad what law enforcement in general has become across the county. It’s sad our agency has followed suit. It does not help moral, which is at a all time low. Top level is lost with zero connection to its personnel. Just sad when pwt, directed patrols, and traffic stop stats is what is cared about rather than getting the bad guy. Times have changed and it is so unfortunate. Stay safe and take care of one another. Stay low so you don’t end of in trouble which is another new trend. Keep your head and take care of yourself and your family. This is what really matters. Unfortunately he is putting his selected few managers not leaders into position to run CPD the same way when he leaves so it won’t change.
