    Another thing, the senior officers should be keeping the rookies in check.

    Senior officers should take responsibility of their squads and the Sgt should be the last resort.

    Officers should learn their job and take pride in learning their craft.

    Officers need to learn the hierarchy of the department and stop kissing the Lt and upper command ass.
