Delgado case
In these types of cases the identity of the person who took the pictures is irrelevant. It is the illegal action that is what’s important and will be focused on. Either way, the pictures were taken by Sgt. Mercado at the scene and she did the right thing by handing them over, if not she would be a subject in this case as well. Kudos to her.

If this case is criminal the defendant has the right to face his accusers. So don’t be afraid and don’t hide. This is no different when an officer makes an arrest they and they have to go to court to testify.

What’s the mystery?
The man said *uck this job and quit. Why else would he leave his id and equipment behind? This job is NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY to go through the certification process. Too much scrutiny. Go work for an insurance agency as an SIU. More money less bs to deal with.
