Why are you happy with the PBA? What have then done for you? The PBA is great when you dont need them, but when you do, they are not there for you.

PLEA has not handed up any officers. The PBA throughs officers under the bus all the time and is in bed with the Command Staff. That is exactly what you want from the PBA, for them to defend you against their friends. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Gold will always back gold.

It’s obvious a change is needed. Steadman fights harder to keep his self imposed PBA six figure salary but won’t fight equally for the membership.
