There are too many supervisors here who are morally bankrupt. This pattern of promoting those who are connected or under-qualified "check boxes" has shown time and time again to be the wrong decision. It's time to promote based upon leadership ability, merit, and strong potential seen in candidates over a period of time based upon their work ethic and performance.
How can you respect a homewrecker being your superior? I've lost respect for many of our "supervisors", because they certainly aren't leaders.
Sheriff Chronister: we support you and you can do much better. Promote based on merit, not based on skin color, gender, sexual orientation, or who that person knows or blows. There are many great supervisory candidates on the list now who have integrity and would never soil their name or the office.
