Hey Al didn’t you do a story on that and you actually showed that Ortiz changed his race? Was this investigated by the department? Probably not. Did he benefit out of that change?

I actually like this discussion. Tossing in alittle color, alittle gender, its good stuff but we have other areas of types in discrim that matter as well, and those individuals could claim tje same. (Religion, disability, age etc)

Ive listed the categories below and applaud those who ask the chief to better balance the dept. scorecard.
Women have been left out of boardrooms and exec staff for a lonnnnng time. The black woman reallly gets a double whammy in race and gender so lets further evaluate on all this.

Chief has a headcount, chief has a bio headcount, chief can quantify the roles as a relative percentage to balance it all into fair alignment. Kudos to those who take leadership on this matter.
