Requirements are that you should be close to retirement, like five years or less. Sendos is that you should be aware that you will be on call and available all the time. Third, you should be prepared to deal with everyone talking shit about you even if you are currently the most beloved person. Lastly, you should be prepared to accept that sometimes you will not be able to don what you may think is the right thing. This means that you must accept that the WHOLE PICTURE is more important than YOUR small part of it.

PS : I didn’t forget that you could likely make more money not being promoted. It’s just that if you’re thinking of money, you shouldn’t even apply. It’s not about money it’s about trying to make the change so many tough people on this site claim they want to make, but never seem to get the keyboard.
