Smart running good really. So tell me why Florida City is exploding with new businesses. Could it be that Homestead is so hostile to small businesses. It takes years and alot of jumping through hoops to open a small business in Homestead. Just so you understand where most of you tax money comes from is businesses not residential. So Homestead is not doing well and only reason the city to not vote to raise taxes the last time was this election. But it's coming if Porter wins bet on it.
