Hi,
Was curious if your hiring and what the process is with your department?
Is it a good place to work and what's the pay/overtime opportunities?

You’ll never get an accurate opinion on this site. It’ll be 50/50 those for and those against. Those against are were either fired, not promoted or siding with the political opposition during an election year. Keep an open mind and go do a ride along and decide for yourself. Good luck

I agree/disagree with some of the things that have just been said, but it is not the things themselves that disturb people but the judgements they make about these things. either reject the paradigm of narrative or conclude that the election is intrinsically responsible for perceptions of problem

I am also interested in HCSO. Will they sponsor non-certified at the academy? Do they pay while trainees are at the academy? What are the shifts like? What hours? Do deputies rotate shifts monthly? Is there a lot of micro-managing going on or does the brass leave you alone as long as you do your job? I am interested in the good, the bad, and the ugly. Thanks for the info.

#5- redneck treasure
Application accepted! Then in 3 months a promotion to captain.
