    Those ICT guys are never around and when they are around still useless all they do is run around campus unarmed exercising. What a joke DF!!!! 2 yrs on and he thinks he’s the shit Mr. SWAT learn how to do police work then you can teach other cops. Oh wait but he runs fast he’s a badass. Lmfao
