Can someone tell me if Officer Fears is still employed after his DUI arrest in Hillsborough county? It was ultimately dropped to a careless driving with probation, times and classes. Can you work at FMPD with that type of conviction?

Why should every case get thrown out? Should every black officer that has been subject to racism have every arrest against a non-black 10-12 get thrown out? Should a police officer who sneaked into their parents liquor cabinet in grade school never be able to arrest a juvenile? Should every male police officer whose female partner cheated on him never be allowed to arrest a female? Stop judging everyone by their worst moments. Chief Diggs first words when he came on were to have 'empathy' for those we are dealing with. Can someone actually live up to that?
