Nothing going on. He’s healthy, intelligent, fair, a good man and doing an admirable job in growing our department...but we must keep him in our thoughts and prayers because he has a command staff with so many lazy and incompetent idiots, not to mention such poor quality supervision at lieutenant and sergeant.

Majors more concerned with online shopping and their leave slips to take their “use it or lose it” days. They contribute nothing to our department. Commanders who can’t manage an area. Lieutenants who are taking full advantage of the system but know little to nothing about the work. Sergeants who are complete morons and were only promoted because we went to the bottom of the list.
Awful police administrators and a bleak future ahead for us considering who’s up next. They all suck!

There is a really big fat guy who is involved in the union who keeps harrasing us? We dont know who to go to. I keep posting on here questions about how to get rid of him or have him fired or reported but they keep getting deleted. He is using his power to say and do disgusting things to us and he thinks he can get away with it. Will anyone listen? How do we report him? IA? Courts?

Well, if true, that speaks to who the moderators are on this forum. If the portly fellow you speak of is, in fact, doing what you allege, then there is a process to file a complaint.

He's a disgusting, fat slob, who is no different, albeit probably heavier, from any of the previous idiots who headed, or held ranking positions, in our unions (Teamsters or FOP) over the years. All of them present as being repulsive, pay raises be damned.
