    Minority Neighborhoods

Certainly seems watching the nightly news that Tampa has alot of minority neighborhood shootings and murders. Being gun shy to proactively police these neighborhoods part of the problem? Also seen recently that the School Boards new discipline system of reducing suspensions has resulted in low numbers but the same percentage of minority students getting into trouble. Just seems like there is no push back on any of this? Lot of good people live in these neighborhoods, but only the race baiters get the attention.

I see the St. Pete Times again wants to make bicycle stops a racial issue. Castor and Buckhorn should have never backed off that the stops were legal and a tool for further Leo investigative inquires. If the high crime areas had been in white neighborhoods, then the stops would be mostly whites. Bicycle safety was a straw man argument. Legal violations of any law can be addressed by Leo's. Son of Sam got caught over a parking ticket!!!!! I see two what appears to be law abiding citizens gunned down in their on yard.......How hum its in a black neighborhood, black victims, not much to see here!
