    Keep it in your pants

To the former sergeant and current sergeant: keep it in your pants! What is wrong with these people?

    A) you are jealous because you can’t find anyone other than your homely wife to let you hit it raw.
    B) you are disappointed because neither of them wants to hit you raw.
    C) both

Both screwed up, got demoted, were given a second chance, and screwed up again. No more second chances while so many other great candidates with solid leadership skills are passed over.

No more second chances...really, stupid?! If they got more chances, they would be third chances, idiot. So, yeah, no more second chances. Dumbazz.

They are morally bankrupt. But I love it. Divorce to follow more alimony, child support. HA HA the when they retire half the retirement goes to the ex and the live out the remaining years in a rent apartment alone.

Yes, and then these charming manipulative narcissists become worm their way into leadership positions. Its all about that lack of impulse control to have the shinny things and what we want instead of what we need to be doing.

There is a commonality with how a person treats their spouses and children to how they treat their subordinates at work. Priorities.

Look at our agency. New fancy stickers, decals, names plastered everywhere, televisions spewing propaganda in every room, TV, social media, toys, and superficial fluff. A history of neglect at home and screwing around on the side. All while we have no mid shift, we are short handed on the front lines, burned out, frustrated, and no time to do our jobs. While the megalomaniacs relax and climb that social status rat race. Just keep dumping the liability on us for the numbers and so they can look good. Pure toxicity.

    What does “shinny” mean?
