Check out the article in which another one of his many victims settled out of court. The city realized that they were going to lose and in lieu of paying the victim, court costs and the attorney fees, that could have amounted in excess of $125,000, it settled with the victim for fifty cents on the dollar. Just like the deal he made with Instagram poster boy Franciss Suarez on our lawsuit. Once again, his version of the events were not the same as the other officers on the scene. You lying, civil rights violation piece of garbage!

How embarrassing that Capt. Underpants, J. Grossman and Daniel Crocker would be involved in a poorly written arrest that the SAO Nolle Pros all 3 charges c/n M-15-024049. All this for a Misdemeanor.
