When the PBA treats you like they don’t care, believe them.

Most of the discussions these days regarding the PBA is that they don’t care. Well, they treat us as such and we should believe them.
However, members are fed up of no communications from them. Fed up with lousy contracts or no contract. Fed up with no return phone calls. Fed up with the secrecy at the office. Fed up that they use our dues money for free lunches and free vacations. Fed up of poor choices made. Fed up with the no representation style to which they operate under.

Filling out the form costs nothing.

These are re-occurring complaints that would have already been fixed if they could. But they can’t. Either because their egos won’t let them or incompetence, or both.

As we advised before come by our office in 36 St or simply download the form and get
It back to us. We will even come pick it up. This costs absolutely nothing. You have nothing to lose but a great deal to gain. Stop funneling your dues into the PBA. They use it as their personal slush fund. Enough is enough

A third of the unit. Around 2000. 2500 is much better and is an obtainable number.

2000??? That’s it? Does this include corrections to? This is very doable then.

While the PBA resorts to BS emails of made up problems to look tough, PLEA calls the director or chiefs and resolves the problems with a phone call. That’s true.

Haven’t you noticed how the problems in the department continue to grow and the PBA grievances have lessened? It’s not because they are resolving people’s concerns. They just don’t want to look bad with JP and Gimenez. Two guys who don’t give a s^*t about the employees.
PLEA files far more actions against the department than the PBA. Because they fight.
