    Staffing levels

    We really need to add staffing to our ranks. Our agency should be staffed around 400 if not more for the amount of calls we handle and the size of our city.

    I wish I only had two calls a day. We run non stop on Charlie shift.

    400 !! Are you nuts! We will never hit 350! Let's concentrate on hiring some decent candidates, which we have not done a good job with as of late.
