I don’t see it as being extreme at all. The moron was playing with his gun, removing it from the holster, while he was supposed to be protecting children. The only way to reach the trigger is to partially remove it from the holster. Completely unacceptable!!

40 hour suspension and reassignment should of been max. punishment without a prior disciplinary history.
